Our multivitamins (Opti Capsules and Opti Chewables) are available as a capsule or chewable tablet. The composition is similar, except that there is no iron and copper in the chewable tablet. This is because high doses of iron and copper are not pleasant to eat. If you order the Opti Chewables, you will receive Ferro Tablets for free. Ferro Tablets is a separate iron and copper tablet, taken in addition to the Opti Chewables.
