Recipe for Healthy Kiwi Cheesecake

A healthy cheesecake: it seems too good to be true. And yet, this Kiwi Cheesecake recipe proofs it. There's almost no sugar in it, the full-fat products replaced by low-fat options. Do keep it to a small portion. Obviously due to your small stomach and the chance of a heavy feeling because of the combination of cream cheese and yogurt. Nonetheless, you can enjoy this cheesecake without any guilt and treat your guests.

Did you know that…

Kiwis are available all year round? Though they come from various countries. From May to December, you eat kiwis mainly of New Zealand. Between December and March they come from Southern Europe and March to May from Chile. That means you can make this kiwi cheesecake any time of the season!

Tip from our dietician Solenne

Like to make the cheesecake a little sweeter? Swap green kiwi for the golden yellow one. Looking for something completely different? Just try sweet fruits like raspberries or strawberries.
